Highlighting the urgency of the situation, Koutsoubas criticised the current government’s policy and its support from major political parties like SYRIZA and PASOK, which he claims are entangling Greece further in international conflicts with grave potential repercussions.
With the European elections on the horizon, Koutsoubas emphasised the significance of these elections as a pivotal moment for the Greek people to reject the coalition of parties that he believes are leading the country down perilous paths.
He outlined specific demands including the withdrawal of Greek support for Israel, the closure of US-NATO bases and infrastructure in Greece, and the recall of the “Hydra” frigate from the Red Sea, as immediate steps towards disengaging Greece from ongoing wars and military alliances.
