In her extensive text, she accuses the government of corruption and criminal activity, calls for political figures such as Adonis Georgiadis and Pavlos Marinakis to be held accountable, and declares that she will not back down, stressing that ‘in the end, Truth, Justice and Life will prevail’.

‘I will not take a step back until the Criminal Organization and all its offshoots fall, along with all its mercenaries’, the president of Course of Freedom, Zoe Konstantopoulou, said, presenting an extensive complaint and legal actions which, she said, concern serious cases of corruption and the functioning of the state.

On Thursday 23 April 2026, she filed a lawsuit against a total of 15 people, including four political figures and other individuals, alleging ‘criminal activity in the context of an operation to cover up government action, neutralise political opponents and troublesome individuals and silence her’, because of her actions in cases such as Tempi, the wiretapping scandal, OPEKEPE and Violanta.

According to her, the lawsuit concerns serious criminal offences, including ‘Criminal Organization’, ‘attempted professional extortion’ and other serious criminal acts, while she also cites evidence from the European Public Prosecutor’s Office which, she claims, proves the existence of organised criminal activity. Konstantopoulou said she will not back down from her revelations.

In statements published together with an extensive text, she said:

‘Right now, the Criminal Organization led by Mr Mitsotakis is doing its utmost to shut up and disable anyone who fights it. They will not succeed.

‘In the clash of two worlds, the world of humans and the world of monsters, the world of truth and the world of corruption and vested interests, Law, Justice, Truth, Life will prevail.

‘I have chosen my life and my path from a very young age: I have chosen to be with people, on the side of the weak, to fight for justice and not to compromise, no matter how many difficulties, no matter how many obstacles, no matter how much war I encounter. I will not take a step back until the Criminal Organization and all its offshoots fall, along with all its mercenaries. And they know it. That is why they are furious.’

She said that since 23 April she has filed a lawsuit against 15 people, including two current ministers, two New Democracy MPs and other individuals, three of whom appear to be journalists, for offences of a ‘criminal nature’, which she says are proven by evidence.

In her extensive text, she says that a ‘clash of two worlds’ is under way: the ‘world of people’ and the ‘world of monsters’. She describes citizens, workers and vulnerable people on one side, and a ‘world of corruption and vested interests’ on the other.

She accuses the government and the prime minister of constituting a ‘Criminal Governance’, claiming that this is proven, as she says, by the files of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office. She also refers to cases such as Tempi, OPEKEPE, the wiretapping scandal and Violanta, alleging government involvement in serious crimes.

She speaks of a ‘criminal and extortionate attack’ against her since 17 February, which she attributes to an organised centre, and says she had previously announced legal action. She claims that the involvement of individuals who attempted, as she says, to create false accusations and harm her and her party has been revealed.

She names ministers including Adonis Georgiadis and Pavlos Marinakis, MPs including Makarios Lazaridis and Dimitris Markopoulos, as well as individuals she describes as journalists, claiming that they will be held accountable.

She also refers to the Tempi, OPEKEPE, wiretapping and Violanta cases, speaking of government responsibility and loss of human life, while claiming that a defamatory campaign was attempted in order to halt her actions.

In closing, she calls on the prime minister to be informed about the lawsuit, noting that ‘the search for responsibility ends at the top’. She says the person who ‘is most afraid of investigations’ is the prime minister himself, while declaring that ‘she will not stop’ and that in the end ‘Truth, Justice and Life will prevail’.
