In her proposal to the judicial council, the prosecutor requested that all four stand trial for fatal exposure by omission by a person under a legal obligation.
The defendants are the head of the external guard, the duty officer, the supervisor and the emergency response operator, according to information in the case file.
After giving their statements last November, all four were released under restrictive conditions, with the sole obligation to report to a police station twice a month.
