Asimakopoulou was sentenced to 20 months in prison, suspended for three years, while Stavrianoudakis was sentenced to 18 months, also suspended for three years. Both were found guilty of breach of official secrecy and violation of personal data legislation.

Both were convicted only of violating personal data legislation.
Asimakopoulou was found guilty by a majority of the court of breach of official secrecy, with the court president dissenting and arguing in favour of acquittal. She was found guilty unanimously of breach of personal data legislation.
Stavrianoudakis was found guilty by a majority of both acts, with the court president dissenting and arguing that he should be acquitted of all charges.
