Without visa liberation, Turkey will not implement the deal which could mean that hundreds of thousands of migrants and refugees would find themselves in boats heading to Europe through the shores of Turkey.
 
Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told state broadcaster TRT Haber on Tuesday that the German government must make clear its stance is not in line with a German parliament resolution declaring the 1915 massacre of Armenians by Ottoman Turkish forces a genocide.
