The Greek Premier however, during the inauguration of the Thessaloniki International Fair made clear that for Athens the WWII reparations are still open.
 
Meanwhile, in reference to the timely issue of debt relief, the German news agency MNI, citing a source, said measures for the Greek debt cannot come before German federal elections next year.
