According to "Der Spiegel", the IMF has expressed its discontent with the way Greece applies the reforms as they were agreed in the third bailout deal. The Greek government has indeed passed several laws in order to receive an aid package yet it has only realized a small part of those.

In one of its internal analyses, the IMF mentions that two thirds of the reforms are yet to be applied. “There is an eminent need for the shortages to be completed. The reason behind this delay were the last elections. The omissions play havoc with the timetable of the third bailout program.  The, programmed for October, evaluation of the third aid package can only be completed by December.” says Der Spiegel while adding that Greece could be in need for more funds should it run out of money.

The article, which will be published tomorrow closes by noting the IMF claims that the next three billion euros, part of the 26bn aid package should not be disbursed due to the incomplete reforms. Because of these delays, talks about a possible re-profiling of the Greek debt will have to be postponed for the end of the year.
