The Euro-MPs demonstrated their agreement to their presidents plans with 432 votes for, 142 against and 57 not present.
Mr.Juncker's plan includes the creation of a permanent relocation mechanism and it maintains that the refugees must be spread throughout Europe so that Greece, Italy and Hungary will not have to absorb the entirety of those who find their way to their borders in order to find asylum.
