An earlier meeting between Juncker, Lagarde, Draghi and Tsipras did not bring a final agreement and, therefore, the Eurogroup will be presented with two proposals; one from the Greek side and one from the institutions.

Djiselbloem: We will hear the Greek side and their positions and we will see if we agree or not. There is not enough progress.
Schauble: The final decision lies with the Greek side. We must come to one proposal. There are not many differences between the two sides but more talks need to be made.
Juncker: I want to believe that we will reach to a conclusion about the Greek problem.
Schulz: I hope that we will have a happy end with Greece.
