With 100% of votes counted, the final percentages for the parties are as follows:

  • New Democracy: 28.31% – 7 seats
  • SYRIZA: 14.92% – 4 seats
  • PASOK: 12.79% – 3 seats
  • Greek Solution: 9.30% – 2 seats
  • Communist Party (KKE): 9.25% – 2 seats
  • NIKI: 4.37% – 1 seat
  • Course for Freedom: 3.40% – 1 seat
  • Voice of Reason: 3.04% – 1 seat

Out of 9,605,244 registered voters, only 4,061,861 participated, resulting in a record low turnout of 41.39% and a record high abstention rate of 58.61%. The highest abstention rate was recorded in Florina at 74%, with over 70% in Kefallinia and Laconia. Nearly 67% of registered voters in the Dodecanese, Lesbos, and Evrytania did not vote, with similarly high percentages in Western Attica (62.55%) and A’ Athens (60.70%).

Eight Greek parties surpassed the 3% threshold and will send MEPs to the new European Parliament for the next five years, occupying Greece’s 21 seats.
