Shortly afterwards, at the intersection of Koletti and Emmanouel Benaki streets, the same unit was attacked again by unknown assailants throwing objects, who also set fire to three bins.

At around 4.55 p.m., a further attack took place at the intersection of Themistokleous and Koletti streets, this time by approximately 15 hooded individuals targeting police forces.

Following the incidents, police proceeded to detain 114 people and bring them to the Hellenic Police headquarters (GADA).

Patrons of a bar in the area, however, filed a complaint alleging that police officers had attacked customers on the premises.
