According to Dieters, he intends to subpoena Guilfoyle and Donald Trump Jr. and seek the disclosure of documents from the Trump administration as part of the legal proceedings.
Dieters is demanding a public apology, the retraction of specific allegations made against him and $1 million in damages.
He also claims to possess a 16-minute audio recording from Greece which, he says, contains ‘the most explosive and devastating information’ about Guilfoyle to emerge so far. He has stated that he intends to release the recording publicly by the end of the following day.
Dieters warned that the material ‘could bring down the Trump administration’, claiming that it could also jeopardise the political prospects of a potential future electoral ticket featuring JD Vance and Marco Rubio.
He further suggested that the alleged revelations could have consequences at the highest levels of the US government.
