The time when something like that could happen is connected to the progress of the bailout program and is still open. According to the Reuters, the Eurogroup will possibly disscuss if some of the application of some measures could be delayed but that wil only happen after the evaluation of the program.
J.Djisselbloem was negative when asked if such a postponement could be applied to the more immediate measures by stating that he is talking with a 15 year plan in mind.
“It seems that there is a common agreement that a viable limit for the expenses of Greece towards its debt should not be beyond 15% of the GNP. The other aspect that we have to see with the commission and the IMF is that we agree on common scenarios. What the real aspects might be and what differences might appear in the country's growth and inflation? ..We have to see if there are any “peaks” in the subsidy needs of Greece in the next 30 years. The ESM estimates that the first hurdles might appear in 15 years. If this is true, it would be wrong to try and solve these problems now, it is too far”.
