Pavlos is an ethnobiologist, author and social entrepreneur. He is the founder of the Convivium Slow Food Thrace, Greece Coordinator of the Slow Food Youth Network and founder of Calypso and We Deliver Taste.
He has worked as a researcher in eleven countries in Europe, Asia and America before returning to Greece in 2012. Since then, he is an active social entrepreneur in the agrifood sector and continues his research and development in international civil society projects with a focus on food systems innovation and policy, climate justice and participatory rural development.
