The complaint concerns incidents that allegedly took place during and outside a joint television appearance by Papadopoulou and Konstantopoulos on ART TV on 7 October.
In her complaint, Papadopoulou calls for ‘a full investigation into the reported incidents, the questioning of eyewitnesses and, specifically, the retrieval, submission and examination of footage from both the studio cameras and the television station’s security cameras, in order to establish what happened off-air’.
She also calls for ‘those responsible to be held criminally accountable as provided by law’, stressing that ‘political confrontation cannot be an excuse for abusive, intimidating and threatening behaviour’.
