“After the deadliest railway accident in Europe and the biggest cover-up scandal, the GUILTY THEMSELVES are taking over the transport portfolio,” Karystianou wrote. “Without demonstrating the necessary ability, honesty, or expertise—qualities that should be foundational for any thorough investigation and reform—they are being handed control in a manner that reeks of deceit.”
Karystianou further criticised what she perceives as the government’s desperate attempt to maintain control: “They hastily and violently seize anything they THINK they can grasp. We are all too familiar with the criminal’s every move—so much so that we anticipate their thoughts before they act. What once seemed unimaginable to us has now become the grim reality we face daily.”
She concluded with a resolute promise to continue the fight for justice: “We continue undaunted until all is revealed! To the righteous end!”
