According to the complaint, between February and April 2025, four of the accused allegedly exploited the girl’s friendship with a 15-year-old involved in the case and persuaded her to follow them to a shared area of an apartment building and later to the women’s toilets of a parking facility in Thessaloniki.
There, they allegedly committed acts against her without her consent and recorded parts of the incident on their mobile phones. A segment of the footage was later circulated on a social networking platform. According to the complaint, the other 16-year-old and the 15-year-old are also accused of engaging in unlawful acts with the victim.
The mobile phones were confiscated and will undergo forensic analysis by the Criminal Investigations Sub-Directorate of Northern Greece. The full case file is to be submitted to the competent prosecutorial authority.
