According to larissanet.gr, the case revolves around the failure to provide video footage from the Thessaloniki Freight Station cameras, which had been formally requested by the investigating judge in the summer of 2023.

The charges include repeated document concealment and disobedience for the Interstar representative; incitement to both document concealment (on multiple counts) and disobedience for the current OSE CEO; and incitement to document concealment for the former OSE president.

Relatives of the victims, who have joined the case as civil parties, are expected to attend the hearing. Among the witnesses scheduled to appear is Kyriakos Velopoulos, leader of the Greek Solution party.
