The event was organised by the Panhellenic Union of Greek Singers and the Panhellenic Music Association, in collaboration with the Municipality of Athens.
Palestinian flags, keffiyehs and posters for Gaza were seen across the packed venue, as slogans for a free Palestine were chanted throughout the evening.

Dozens of artists took part in the concert, including Haris Alexiou, Gerasimos Andreatos, Rita Antonopoulou, Myrto Vasiliou, Spyros Grammenos, Natassa Bofiliou, Kostis Maravegias, Giota Nega, Philippos Pliatsikas, Mariza Rizou, Yiannis Charoulis, and many others.
